    • Generally, deliveries within India take around 2-7 days. Regions near Kerala typically receive orders within 2-4 days. Please note that this shipping timeline is after dispatching. also note that shipping timeline might vary due to specific cases or locations.

  2. Shipping Partners:

    • We primarily utilize DTDC, Delhivery, and Professional Courier services to ensure efficient and reliable deliveries.

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • We offer two payment options:
      • Prepaid: Free of charge above 1000rs purchase
      • COD (Cash on Delivery): Requires ₹200 COD charge in advance to place the order. The remaining amount is payable upon product delivery. also this option is available for orders above 999rs

  4. Order Processing Time:

    • Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours. However, please note that dispatch times may vary in certain cases.

  5. International Shipping:

    • We currently only ship within India and do not offer international shipping services.

  6. Delivery Confirmation:

    • Tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours of order confirmation to facilitate easy tracking of your shipment. please note that it may vary in some cases.

  7. Damaged Shipments:

    • For damaged packages, we offer replacements. To initiate a claim, please provide a proper unboxing video without any cuts from the beginning.

  8. Lost Shipments:

    • If a shipment goes missing or is lost during transit, contact us with appropriate evidence. Upon approval, we will arrange for a replacement.

  9. Return to Sender:

    • In cases of packages returned due to incorrect addresses or other reasons, we will resend the package to the correct address.

  10. Holiday or Delays:

  • Please note that during holidays or in certain valid situations, delays might occur. Unfortunately, we cannot influence these circumstances.
